AmNor Industries Inc specializes in industrial cleaning, waste management, transport and disposal of hazardous waste material. The management team consists of an experienced group which have worked in this field for over 30 years. Former owners of Norama Industries Inc, our managers know the needs of the customers to whom they offer their services to. Health and safety are an integral part of corporate values. Thus, the company continually strives to innovate in order to improve its work methods to protect its workers, contractors and client workers for who they operate.


History

Founded in September 2009, AmNor Industries is not just any another new company in the field of industrial cleaning and waste management. No strangers in this area, the founders, Jacques, Richard, Alain and Marco Gaudreau, in partnership with American investors, hold an average of 20 years experience. That same partnership has already emerged in the past under the name of Norama Industries, which became one of the important businesses of its kind in Quebec, with over 125 employees and three operations branches. It is also important to mention the importance of our U.S. partners, operating since 1994 North American Industrial Services is one of the major players in the United States, operating in 17 U.S. states. This alliance will enable AmNor industries to provide new methods, procedures and cutting edge know-how all while remaining safe and effective.

AmNor Industries operates in various domains and has extensive expertise in many industries such as refineries and the petroleum industry, mining, municipalities and the timber industry both in paper mills as in plywood, panel or lumber mills. Our expertise also extends to agricultural industries such as manure pits, grain elevators and factories.

Our equipment is selected with the criteria of performance and security, mean that our services are of high quality. In the past, we have been involved in several major projects such as:

• Cleaning prior to the demolition of the Gaspé Murdochville Mine
• Closing of Pétromont Montreal-East
• And several major plant shutdowns: Xstrata Horne smelter, CEZ, Domtar, CASA / PMQ, Inco, Petromont, Tafisa, just to name a few.
